Ingredients for making Semolina Idli

To make semolina idli, take rava or semolina, curd, water, mustard, oil, cumin, curry leaves, fine green chillies, gram dal, asafoetida, grated ginger, fine carrot, fine green coriander, turmeric, red chilli powder, salt and Eno.

How to make Semolina Idli

To make semolina idli, first take semolina in a bowl. Add curd, salt and turmeric to it and mix well. Now add water and beat well to make a light thick paste. Keep covered for 5 minutes. Now add curry leaves, finely chopped chillies, grated ginger, finely chopped carrots and finely chopped green coriander. Take a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, red chillies and curry leaves. Add it to the solution and mix well.

Now add eno to the batter and mix well. After two minutes, pour the batter in the idli mold and keep it to steam. After 15 minutes, turn off the steamer and serve hot semolina idli with your favorite chutney.
